Описание: Welcome back to the Judith Plains Montana Farm Timelapse. We have completed the cultivation contract and received monetary compensation, to reinvest in our farm. After completing the contract, we return to the farmyard and head straight to the greenhouses, where fresh vegetable pallets have already been stacked and ready for delivery. We load them onto the flatbed platform and transport them to the point of sale, bringing in some quick extra income.
Next, we focus on crop care in our newly acquired field. We bring out a tractor with a weeder to remove weeds and ensure healthy crop growth. Once the weeding is done, we use our sprayer to apply liquid fertilizer, giving the soil the nutrients it needs for a good yield.
With our fields in top shape, we start thinking about how to make extra money while waiting for the crops to ripen. By monitoring product prices, we notice that balanced feed (TMR) for cows is selling for a high price at two local sales points. So, why not produce and sell TMR ourselves?
We get to work right away. We already have a mixer wagon, plus bales of hay and straw stored safely in our bale storage, and plenty of silage in our fermentation tower. To handle the bales efficiently, we purchase new attachments for our telescopic loader. With all the ingredients ready, we start mixing up balanced feed (TMR) and prepare it for sale.
However, there’s a catch: standard trailers can’t unload TMR directly at the sales points. To solve this, we invest in a truck trailer with a screw auger pipe, allowing us to unload feed properly. There’s another small challenge — the TMR can’t be loaded directly from the tower into the trailer, so we use a belt conveyor to transfer the feed from the mixer into the trailer. Once filled, we haul the trailer to the sales point, unfold the auger pipe, and unload the feed — securing a tidy profit in the process.
This smart move into TMR production and sales brings in enough extra money to expand our operations even further. By the end of the day, we’re able to invest in a brand-new flour production plant and an oil production plant, boosting our production chain and income potential in Farming Simulator 25.
