Hey y’all, welcome or welcome back to the channel! It’s been a while since we’ve played around with natural-looking protective styles, so today we’re trying something fun — VIRAL knotless braids using synthetic crochet hair. 👀🔥

This whole look started because I saw a girl on TikTok do it with human hair and I was like… okay but can we make this budget friendly? I grabbed the Sensationnel Lulutress Coily 3C crochet hair for $7 a pack (I used 3) and honestly wasn’t expecting it to come out this cute. Link to hair: https://amzn.to/4ay37Kn

I braided my hair the night before (which took me hours as usual 😭) and then started playing around with the crochet hair to see what would happen. The texture is silky, it gets tangled if you look at it wrong, and I definitely messed up a few curls — but the final shape turned out so good once I cut, fluffed, and stretched it.

I’ll show you exactly what I did, the mistakes I made (please don’t do what I did with the back pieces omg), and how I shaped it into this big, boho, afro-ish blend of knotless braids and crochet hair. If you like protective styles that look natural but don’t require using braiding hair, this one is for you.
