Yo, this is one of my best video to date hands down. Some of the best recipes I've made as well as some cooler editing if I do say so myself. had fun in the kitchen making this one and even more fun eating. These are popular fast food items made eat home. They are also healthy, lower calorie, high protein and taste better...well most of them. These meals are great to "cheat" without actually "cheating" on your diet. My favorite is definitely the spicy nuggets. They are absolutely fire! As always eat your fruits and vegetable too. And always stay hydrated! Full recipes, ingredients and macros found below:
Taco Bell - Breakfast Crunch Wrap
1 Tortilla
2 Whole Eggs
2 Slices of Bacon
28g Cheddar Cheese
1 Hashbrown (Trader Joe’s)
Air Fry Hashbrown for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, flipping halfway
Microwave 2 slices of bacon for 20 seconds
Scramble 2 whole eggs and cook to desired texture
Assemble tortilla, hashbrown, half of cheese, eggs, bacon, rest of cheese
Fold in a circular pattern and place cheese side down back onto pan to crisp in
Cut and Serve with Cholula Hot Sauce

McDonalds - Bigger Big Mac
Fries
1 russet potato cut into fries and soaked in room temperature water
Pull from water and dry off potato slices
Air fry potato fries 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, shaking halfway
Spray Air Fryer and Potatoes with olive oil spray and salt to taste
Big Mac Sauce
3 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp diced pickles
1 tbsp diced onion*
1 tsp white vinegar
1 pack stevia
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Assemble in a bowl and mix well
Burger
1 and a half hamburger bun
8oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
28g Cheddar Cheese
½ cup shredded lettuce
4-5 pickles
Form 8oz of ground beef into 2 4oz patties and season with salt and pepper
Cook to desired rarity and add cheese to melt before pulling from heat
Assemble burger using the hamburger buns, Big Mac Sauce, shredded lettuce, pickles and burger with cheese now melted on them.

Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Nuggets
Nuggets
250g Chicken Breast
35g Flour
1 Egg
Cholula Hot Sauce to Taste
54g Grippos BBQ Chips
Cut up 250g of chicken breast into 1 inch by 1 inch nuggets
Crush up Grippos BBQ Chips into small pieces and place in bowl
Add flour to a bowl and scramble one egg in a separate bowl
Place nugget in flour coating it, then into egg wash and finally into chips
Spray air fryer with olive oil spray and add in coated nuggets
Spray nuggets again
Air Fry for 9-10 minutes at 360 degree fahrenheit flipping halfway
Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp Fat Free Ranch
Cholula Hot Sauce to Taste
