As a young talented artist, Hardwell was growing in popularity on dance floors around the world. While his fans raved for encores, the big labels failed to acknowledge his fandom and would not release his music. So In 2010, together with a passionate group of leaders, Hardwell reimagined the dance label.

We believe that to evolve we have to tear down the hard-shelled walls of A&R and connect established legends with rising talents. Open the doors for the next generation artists to inspire us and empower them in return. We remove all friction to unite artists with fans and ravers alike – wherever they call their dance floor.

We are dedicated to build a community that rejects in-group favoritism, because it is the only way to naturally progress and perpetually sharpen our sound. This inclusive attitude inspires artists to reach beyond their limits so that tomorrow, we can go even harder than we did today.

Through our actions and our music we want to inspire an ​all-out​ lifestyle. We are tuning people’s equalizers to filter out the negative. Our name, our logo, and our sound is their weapon against judgement and our artists and fans wear our swag as a banner of banging.

With our artists, our music, our technology and our people, we make the world go all out. That is our mission, our dedication and our promise.

A head nod to the weekend warrior who is the last to leave the dance floor. The festival rookie who creates his first forever memories. The headphone raver who can’t sit still at his desk. The bedroom creator on the way to his first gig and the artist traveling the world to his headline show.
