Watch this next time you try the ice bath! I teach you essential breathwork skills to help you stay calm in the cold so you can maximise the benefits of the ice bath. I guide you through Kundalini Yoga and Wim Hof breathwork exercises to prepare your nervous system, teach you how to stay in the ice for at least one minute, and help you warm your body up afterwards.
If you want to do Sauna and Ice Bath, I recommend using the sauna first. If you plan to do multiple rounds of sauna and ice bath, it is important to reheat your body naturally after the ice bath before entering the sauna. And remember the golden rule: always finish on cold!
