T-Falcon in the present time still does the job; tanking damage and defending beacons!
T-Falcon is, more or less, an obsolete tank now mostly because of the RUST and CRUMBLE effect, but without that it still is the Bullet Sponge of Old Meta.
Having 1 weapon only active compromises its survivability as it does not do very much damage, but that the trade off: More HP/DMG RES, less Firepower.
While the Fenrir is the better tank now at T3, T-Falcon is no slouch still. With the right pilot skills and right weapon, it can perform well still for its role.
Of course, it's not something you should run in Champion League, you're still better off with the Fenrir.
