#प्रार्थना का अर्थ #परमात्मा से कुछ मांगना नहीं बल्कि जो उसने हमें बिना माँगे दिया है, उसके लिए #धन्यवाद करना है।

Dr. Kapil कहते हैं कि हमारी #प्रार्थना हर वक्त माँगों से भरी होती है।
इसी कारण हमारी #प्रार्थना बेजान सी होती है।
वह कहते हैं कि असली #प्रार्थना तभी खिलती है जब होश की मिट्टी में #धन्यवाद का बीज गिरता है।

WHAT IS #PRAYER?

#Prayer is #gratitude.
#Prayer is to be #grateful to #God for his #unconditional #blessings and #love

But Dr. Kapil says that our #prayers are false as they are always full of demands. We go on begging for one thing or the other. We are never #thankful for what we already have.

He says that #trueprayer blossoms only when the seed of #gratitude falls into the soil of #consciousness
