I found a brand new, old stock, Lexus navigation unit made by Fujitsu Ten. The part number for 2001-2003 is 86111-50110. I show the process to remove it, some GROM updates, and also vent foam replacement recap.
Vent Foam:
Toyota and Lexus uses a foam perimeter on many of their plastic vents to quiet and "soften" the noise of the blowing air. When the foam deteriorates a void is left and air blows through when closed. Fix the vents easily for under $10 without paying $200-$500 each for new vents.
