Makes 1 cake pan
Pan size: 23.5 cm in diameter x 5.5 cm
蒸盤尺寸: 直徑 23.5 厘米 x 5.5 厘米深
材料:
糯米粉 373 克 (13.15 安士)
澄麵粉 229 克 (8.1 安士)
生粉/太白粉 75 克 (2.65 安士)
片糖 600 克 (21.16 安士)
清水 707 毫升
生油/沙拉油 70 毫升
Ingredients:
373 grams (13.15 oz) glutinous rice flour
229 grams (8.1 oz) wheat starch
75 grams (2.65 oz) tapioca starch
600 grams (21.16 oz) brown sugar in piece
707 ml water
70 ml vegetable oil
Tip:
I am not a big fan of super sweet cake, my recipe has enough brown sugar to make it sweet. You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
