真的滿好看的抿石車道地坪！ Documentary of my House Building【自地自建全紀錄】第四十三集

Описание: 由於房子前方有法定的退縮距離，剛好這個退縮的區域也是未來室內車庫連通外面馬路的車道，當時想了很久到底要鋪車道磚？還是有其他比較美觀的方式來處理，而抿石是營造當時提供的一個選項之一。

第三十一集影片有分享我們去建材廠商參訪，看看抿石是怎樣施作的，同時也請老闆做了幾塊樣板給我們參考，最後我們選擇了「安南白」與「白大理」兩種石頭，都是一分二的粒徑大小，混合比例為 1:1，底色選擇淺色的白水泥。

抿石地坪的施作工法，主要分為「打底」、「鋪抹石子」與「抿石」三個步驟。將石子與水泥攪拌均勻後，塗抹於水泥砂漿打底過的地坪，大概等七分乾時馬上用海綿擦拭抹除表面的水泥，此時石子就會逐漸露出，選擇適當粒徑的石子具有防滑效果，也很有天然的質感。

由於面積不小，為了不讓車道地坪過於單調呆板，我自己設計了溝縫的圖面，只用塑膠壓條壓出線條，不做任何填縫與金屬裝飾材。

Because there is a legally required setback distance in front of the house, this setback area also happens to serve as the driveway connecting our indoor garage to the main road. At the time, I thought about it for a long time—should we use driveway pavers, or is there a more aesthetically pleasing way to handle it? Exposed aggregate (pebble wash finish) was one of the options suggested by our contractor.

In Episode 31, we shared our visit to a building materials supplier to see how exposed aggregate is constructed, and we also asked the owner to prepare a few sample boards for us. In the end, we chose two types of stones: “Annan White” and “White Marble,” both with a 1/2-inch aggregate size, mixed at a 1:1 ratio, with light-colored white cement as the base.

The construction process for exposed aggregate flooring mainly consists of three steps: base preparation, spreading the stone mixture, and the washing/finishing process. After evenly mixing the stones with cement, the mixture is applied over the prepared cement mortar base. When it is about 70% dry, the surface cement is gently wiped off with a sponge, allowing the stones to gradually become exposed. Choosing the right aggregate size provides a non-slip surface while maintaining a natural texture.

Since the area is quite large, and to prevent the driveway from looking too plain or rigid, I personally designed the groove pattern. We simply used plastic divider strips to create the lines, without adding any filler or metal decorative trims.
