Our typical weekend morning routine on our family estate in south east Spain and a healthy homegrown breakfast.
Every weekend is a little different but we like to do a few things that will save us time in the coming week, such as bake bread, take out water from the rain water well, move the ducks so to new pasture, etc.
Everyone has breakfast everyday; dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks, pigeons, geese, and of course, ourselves.
We love eggs for breakfast and combined with homegrown swiss chard, fresh garlic and a toast of homemade sourdough bread is a whole other level.
