big mac casserole:
brown 2 lbs ground beef with following seasonings:
1/2 white onion
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper
put in baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, bake for 15 mins at 350F
mix sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
2 tbsp pickle juice
i added a lot of extra garlic and onion powder & mustard to the sauce
top with the sauce, lettuce, tomato.... enjoy!
