Good to know:

Every QR code is valid until the date and time shown under it, so always open the app on the day rather than reusing an old screenshot.
Sharing the code does not authorise anyone. The person has to be authorised by you and approved by your school, and staff check this at the gate.
For the clearest and safest option, authorise the person first, then issue a pass in their own name so staff can confirm exactly who is collecting.
Your school reviews every person you authorise, and sets how many approved people each child can have.
Required fields, reasons, and limits are set by each school, so they can look different from one school to another.
