Описание: So I've been having incredible amounts of fun running this build. For the survivability, for the damage but more importantly for that sweet sweet fashion frame looks! Lighting world on fire while going into enemy's face with a whirlwind of flames feels incredible!

Also this video is very long! Because I often get questions about the video that I should've put in the video but I didn't because some concepts have become like a 'habit' to me just like it might have to some of you guys if you have watched enough of my videos like how IPS distribution affects their status chance or what is a critical-status and how it can alter the DoT of the status proc's tick, etc.

Now if a newer player stumbles upon these videos they asks questions like what is a critical status, dafuck is there so many numbers on the screen, etc and I can't answer them all so I just put everything in the video. Well not everything 'everything' but sorta like building the video up to the actual 'build' covering all the relevant concepts along the way!
