A story about the limits and potential of the human body. A story that, in one way or another, we hope becomes your story.

-Designed for advanced practitioners with strong body awareness and independence.
-Advanced arm balances.
-High stamina and endurance throughout the entire practice.
-Fast pose recognition with minimal verbal cues.
-Complete autonomy on the mat.
-Solid foundation in basic transitions and introduction to advanced-level transitions.
-Control of floating and suspension phases.

-Good understanding of common yoga poses.
-Fundamental arm balances: Pincha Mayurasana (forearms), Tripod (head), Shirsasana (head & forearms), Astavakrasana, EPK1 / EPK2.
-Deep stretches held for extended periods.
-Advanced transitions in backbends, shoulder openings, and intensive twist work.
-Management of floating phases and core transitions.
-Not recommended for practitioners over 60 unless previously consulted via video call.

-For practitioners with solid strength and mobility, without major physical limitations.
-Stretching poses performed without preparatory stages.
-Full sequences without props.
-Independent rhythm: approximately 2 full breaths per pose/transition.

-Core transitions involving shoulders and backbends.
-Limited or no use of props or preparatory exercises.
