Описание: Allright guys, this is me entering my first filmmaking contest and I’m kinda nervous. 😱

But fears are somehow there to be overcome, right? Besides, how are you supposed to move forward if you don’t take risks? And I think that symbolizes my filmmaking journey quite well. I only started just over a year ago. This path was marked by self-doubt and thoughts that I‘ll never make it. Filmmaking is very male-dominated, and especially as a sensitive woman, it’s not exactly easy to maintain faith in yourself and your abilities. On the other hand, this newfound passion gives so much back to you. Julie Valentina and Artlist asked the question: ‚How Creativity Transformed Your Reality.‘ And this film captures that well. The voiceover is intentionally kept short and abstract, with the focus on the visuals.

What makes this video even more special to me is that it includes my very first frames. These were the first shots I ever took when I began my journey into filmmaking, and at that time, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. 🤭 Looking back at those moments now, seeing them integrated into the film, is a powerful reminder of how far I’ve come. Since creativity has played a major role in my life, I see my life through completely different eyes, and my memories now look like they do in this film. It’s something very special to be able to preserve all your experiences and your life in general in a cinematic way, and it has had a significant impact on my reality. Somehow, I now live my life much more as the main character than I did before.
