In this short video I'll go through the process you need to implement when you want to extend an existing SQL Failover Cluster Instances with Availability Groups for DR scenarios.
In this example, the DR node is distributed in Azure, and the solution leverage the Always On Basic Availability Group feature to make it suitable for SQL Standard Edition licenses.
