This film captures six days in Puglia at a residency hosted by @themusesvillage. It was a reminder of the quiet power of connection, expression, and slowing down.
For years I’ve been focused on healing, improving, and understanding myself. And while all of that matters, this residency reminded me that growth doesn’t always need to feel heavy — it can be light, playful, and woven into art and everyday life.
