Starting from Meelmore Lodge, I set out to face the challenge that once turned me back. The rugged Mourne Mountains, steep climbs, and boulder-strewn paths tested every ounce of strength and determination I had. Pushing past fear, doubt, and fatigue, I followed the Goat Trail towards Hare’s Gap — a goal that’s been waiting far too long to be achieved.
This hike was more than just a climb; it was about taking back confidence, facing what once stopped me, and proving to myself that persistence always wins. 🌄🔥
