These Puff Pastry Cups are a super easy way to elevate any dessert, snack, breakfast or appetizer.

1 Sheet Puff Pastry
2 Non-Stick Muffin Pans (large size muffins)
-Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into four even squares.
-Roll out each square to be a little bit larger, roughly a 1/2 inch on each side. Large enough to cover each muffin cup.
-Turn muffin pan upside down and snuffly fit each square over the muffin cup.
-Place the other pan upside over the pastry shells. This is to ensure they don't rise, so make sure to push down a little.
-Place an oven safe pan or cookie sheet on top of the muffin pan to help weigh it down.
-Baked at 400F for 15 minutes. Take pastry cups out and place on a cookie sheet an bake for another five to eight minutes until deep golden brown, but not dark.
