Fix your posture with Zenith Rotations

It’s no secret that desk jobs and mobile phones are ruining everyone’s posture all around the word. Your body adapts to whatever stimulus it is given, so spending most of your time slouched will inevitably cause changes to your upper back, neck & shoulders.
Luckily you can easily counteract the effects of multiple hours in a forward posture with a great thoracic rotational drill combined with the right breathing technique. Honestly, the breath is where the magic happens, so don’t skip on it.
Thoracic rotation is the key to thoracic extension. You work on one side at a time, allowing for more range of motion to be achieved in a shorter space of time. This translates into much more effective results than simply lying over a foam roller. You will also be using your own power during this drill – creating the rotation using your own muscles, rather than relying on an external source (roller/band etc.) so your body is learning and building awareness in its new ranges. This is the key to making mobility work stick.
