Описание: I am Crowdfunding to renovate a house that I bought here in the town of Mussomeli in Sicily for 1 Euro and to launch a Community Kitchen. I am planning on starting a food rescue program in the town working with the supermarkets. I will then use that produce to provide cooked meals and food parcels to vulnerable people in the town. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic many people in this town have lost their jobs. I am also launching a Community Kitchen cooking course for young chefs from around the world. They will be paid to come and volunteer in the kitchen and I will teach them the necessary skills so that they can then return to their home counties and set up Community Kitchens.
