You guys asked for more baby weaning recipes and so I've obliged! These Courgette & Broccoli Frittata Fingers make brilliant finger food for weaning babies and toddlers too.
Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp oil
75g / 1 cup grated courgette / zucchini
50g / 1 cup chopped broccoli
3 medium eggs
25g / 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
