You can clip through the water layer by jumping while mounted on a ground mount tested with the Eikthyrdeer but should work with any ground mount,
jump from near water surface as shown in video then right before you tough the water hold dismount, if done correctly you will exit the mount while ur character is underwater... do not try to get on another mount down here because weird stuff happenes also if the lighting is weird palce walls or change graphic settings
