Here's an amazing look at the future site of the Pie-IX metro station (temporary name) on the Blue Line metro extension in Montreal, Canada.
An amazing feature of this site is the hole which is technically part of the tunnel / platform of the station. It's also where a giant tunnel boring machine will be entered through.
This is an historical moment that I was happy to document. To reach this area, it's very simple as you just take the 439 and get off at Pie-IX / Jean-Talon.
This video was filmed on the evening of Sunday, August 17, 2025.
