I began my journey on 6th February, riding from Chandigarh on my Jawa 42 FJ at around 4:00 PM. After a long but beautiful night ride through the mountains, I reached Dharamshala at 12:00 AM, and from there it took another 20 minutes to reach McLeod Ganj. I stayed overnight in a guest house to rest and prepare for the trek.

The next morning, I started my trek journey from McLeod Ganj Main Market at 10:00 AM. From McLeod Ganj, I rode my bike to Dharamkot, which is about 1.8 km, and then continued towards Gallu Temple, another 1.2 km ahead. Gallu Temple is the official starting point of the Triund trek, where the actual hike begins.

I started hiking from Gallu Temple at around 10:30 AM. Walking through snow-covered trails and changing weather conditions, it took me approximately 2.5 hours to reach the Triund top. The journey was challenging, peaceful, and absolutely worth every step.

From snow-laden paths to breathtaking Himalayan views at 9,500 ft, this trek turns magical and demanding in winters.
