Описание: My journey around anxiety has been a struggle thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, and travel, the idea of exposing myself to situations that I had to face, has helped tremendously to navigate forward. This lunch time episode was unexpected, and made me feel extremely lonely. Talking it out through this vlog was extremely relieving in the moment, and the Manchester City fans later chanting made me laugh and smile, bringing a feeling of joy back into my day.
