2. Cover Letter
3. Duly accomplished and signed Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancée
4. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application or Petition Acceptance

5. Proof of Citizenship (any one of the following):​
🔴Copy of biographic page of valid US passport​
🔴Copy of Naturalization Certificate
🔴Copy of US Birth Certificate

6. If any of the parties was previously married, please provide any of the following :
🔴Divorce decree(s)​
🔴Annulment document(s)
🔴Death Certificate(s)

7. Petitioner's Letter of Intent to Marry
8. Beneficiary's Letter of Intent to Marry
9. One (1) 2x2 colored photo of petitioner with white background. Write full name on the back
10. One (1) 2x2 colored photo of beneficiary with white background. Write full name on the back
11. Beneficiary's copy of birth certificate and passport
12. Proof of having met within the last two (2) years and proof of on-going genuine relationship:

🔴Pictures together (with date, location, and names of persons in pictures)​
🔴Plane tickets, boarding passes and hotel reservations during personal meeting
🔴Copy of email / chat / call logs

WHO ARE EXEMPTED FROM THE “Meeting in Person” Requirement?

You are EXEMPTED IF:

1. The requirement to meet your fiancé(e) in person would violate strict and long-established customs of your fiancé(e)’s foreign culture or social practice, and that any and all aspects of the traditional arrangements have been or will be met in accordance with the custom or practice; or

2. The requirement to meet your fiancé(e) in person would result in extreme hardship to you;
