Press the barbell overhead looking your wrists straight directly over your shoulders and hips, lock down your rib cage, maintain core engagement through the entire exercise. Inhale as you step forward and slightly to the outside of your hip, drop into the lunge, feeling the stretch in your glutes and hamstrings. Exhale as you drive up and forward into your next step. Once you reach the end, drop the barbell to your chest as you turn around to walk back.
Keynotes: Keep your knees pressed to the outside of your foot, your core tight, and your back straight.
