I start the day with leftover homemade tacos my wife made, then spend some time working on my PC. When I couldn’t focus, I decided to go to one of my favorite places—the sea. I stop for a simple lunch at a local restaurant, then ride my motorcycle to Kawasaki Port. I like sitting by the water, watching ships pass by, and seeing airplanes from nearby Haneda Airport. For some reason, the sea always makes me feel calm. On the way home, I visit a local public bath with a sauna. It’s an old building, but that’s part of its charm. It feels relaxing and comforting—like my grandmother’s house. At night, I cook a simple dinner at home and try to eat a little more mindfully. I’m also trying to chew more slowly and drink more water, thanks to the advice from viewers. This vlog isn’t about anything special. It’s just an ordinary day— work, food, small thoughts, and quiet moments. Life isn’t perfect, and neither am I. But I’m still here, living day by day. Thank you for spending your time with me.
