week 13 of my weight loss journey. started at 257 lbs
current weight: 228 lbs
goal: 200 lbs
Right now I’m eating around 1,500–1,800 calories per day, keeping protein high (150–180g daily) and training consistently. No shortcuts. No excuses.
Some days are hard. Some days I plateau. But we stay disciplined.
