Painful periods aren’t normal: My Endometriosis story & why I’m starting an anti inflammatory diet

Описание: Hey guys, I have been waiting for the right moment to share this story with you all. It's been a long time coming! As I mentioned in the past, I have endometriosis: an autoimmune disease and invisible illness that has severely impacted my life. I'd like to say that this video is all about what I've learned from my struggle with the disease and chronic pain associated with it; however, it is hard to focus solely on the positive side when you are telling the story of how you wound up needing to make the massive shift towards complete health!

I do my best in the video to string in how I've grown because of my experience, but I mostly wanted to make this video in order to help someone out there struggling with an undiagnosed disease or fatigue and pain they can't explain potentially learn what they may have— or at least know they are not alone.

Whether your illness is primarily physical or mental/emotional, the pain is real and I hope this can be a space where we can all support each other and work through the hand we have been dealt! I promise to make follow up videos to this that are much more positive. But I needed to start somewhere!

In the up coming videos for this series, I will be chronicling my health and wellness journey. I’m hoping to combine this anti inflammatory diet and healthy lifestyle with proper medical treatment to be the best version of myself! Here is to all of our health and success in 2018 and beyond!
