I was determined to find out what was hidden in the mysterious Greek mountains. So I borrowed my girlfriends parents jeep, packed it full of dry food and camera gear, and hit the road.
I needed a companion on this journey. someone who could fix stuff, and preferably with a good insurance policy.
that’s when I heard about this guy in the North, Spiros Badass or bodoss or something like that. Apparently he lives on the island of Corfu but spends his winters in Vasilitsa building pump tracks and monster kickers and lived in igloos, or just in his car. Oh yeah and he likes to party. Sounded like just the right amount of crazy I was looking for.
I got to vasilitsa early the next day and called Spiro. He said to meet him by a log he had set up just off the groomer, in ten minutes. exactly ten minutes later he appeared through the trees, with a shovel in his hand. Who was this guy? Was he my new best friend? We got up early the next morning and the boys showed me their backyard.
