Описание: Sanford Waterfront Partners’ Heritage Park is a mixed use development located in historic downtown Sanford, Florida. The design of Heritage Park is strongly contextual, historically sensitive and embraces New Urbanist Principles. This new construction consists of 234 residential units that include flats, loft-style apartments, townhomes and live-work units. It also consists of 45,000 SF of retail, restaurant and office space. Heritage Park, known as the CATALYST SITE, is located between Sanford’s downtown historic district between 1st Street and the Sanford RiverWalk overlooking Lake Monroe.
