Note: This strategy does not work on an Oversouled Chac!
To start you need a Soul Spring, which can be bribed from a Lich in Chapter 5. Equip All three girls with Auto-Haste accessories.
When the battle starts, instantly use the Soul Spring to steal her MP. Without MP she can't cast Heaven's Cataract.
Once the party is down to one member she stops using Stone Glare. With Stone Glare and Heaven's Cataract out of the picture, the Evade-and-Counter ability will ensure that nothing can damage the last party member.
