Описание: As a food addict in recovery, trauma work can be very nuanced. Today it required a harm reduction meal to keep me sober. I also tried some “somatic movement” I haven’t a hot clue what somatic movement even is. I just moved my body in ways that felt healing. Part of my healing is not being ashamed to speak my truth. Not silencing my voice in order to “not hurt or offend others”. My truth is valid. It is real. And my speaking truth, may help others. If you are going through a deconstruction process, know you are not alone. Get help. There are good therapists that specialize in religious trauma recovery. Please talk to me if you need to. The thoughts are normal, the dreams are normal. The suicidal ideation is normal. The existential crisis is normal. The fear, anxiety and paralysis is normal… I’m not through it all yet, but I understand that it is a season. Much love to you.
