Started the day with a cloudy morning ambient jam, featuring the YAMAHA SEQTRAK, Elektron Analog Four, Octatrack, and a few subtle effects.
In this session, I'm using the Octatrack to control SEQTRAK via three MIDI tracks, all set to the same channel. Each MIDI track plays a different sequence, and I bring them in and out by muting/unmuting, layering phrases live and fluidly.
The combination of Octatrack and SEQTRAK is incredibly inspiring — perfect for building evolving, textured ambient soundscapes.
