Ernie G. is as slippery as a pig in mud. He can’t spell the word transparency.
Isn’t against HOA rules to solicit landscaping and pressure cleaning work in the neighborhood?
Why doesn’t the HOA require an independent third party inspection on any landscaping work done in Sandoval? One of Super Joe’s cronies?
