A concerned tattoo shop owner in Raleigh reached out to WRAL Investigates because she felt it was time to highlight an issue important to her craft.
Natascha Fuchs owns Inkvictus Studios and prides herself on having a well-trained staff that's prepared to provide quality tattoos. The training they undergo is mandatory at Inkvictus but not by the state of North Carolina.
