Gabby Viljoen's solo out of El'Shebang Dance Show, "FEEL IT", exploring the different phases of emotions we go through, especially after experiencing a trauma, and how all feelings felt can be a stepping stone towards healing and freedom in full self knowledge and expression.
In "Castle" Gabby is depicting Resentment, where you go through the phase of blaming others for what happened to you, because you are looking for a reason for this intensely unpleasant experience you are going through, even if it was no one's fault.
