INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb Beef cubes cut into bite size pieces, or strip loin, tenderloin, strip steak or rib eye
1 tbsp of salt or to taste
1 tbsp pepper or to taste
4 tbsp butter unsalted
4 cloves garlic minced or 2 tbsp of garlic
1 Jalapeno sliced
1 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
1/2 cup of water
