BATMAN: AN INNOCENT GUY UNCUT

I've always been a passionate fan of Batman and, after my last two short films, I'd made it a goal to pursue a Batman film. Mixing my desire to create a public audition tape and tell a good story has led me to develop several ideas (one teased in this short) that I'm thrilled about making and most importantly - sharing with an audience.

An Innocent Guy was a story I immediately loved when I read it in the Deluxe Edition of "The Killing Joke"; and as much as I've enjoyed writing and preparing my own unique Batman stories, I also want the audience to see how I'd handle a straight up adaptation.

Labeled "UNCUT" because this is an 'experimental' one-take sort-of rehearsal. In preparation to film "AN INNOCENT GUY" I wanted to test the monologue in a single take, and figured I'd chop it into its own distinct version.

The "WITH CUTS" for-real version of Innocent Guy, will be on its way sometime next year; followed by...well, you'll just have to stay tuned!
