The Italian Supreme Court has upheld the barred the Sikh in the country from carrying the ‘Kirpan’ in public. Kirpan is a knife carried by every Sikh person as part of a tradition and is claimed as the sacred knife. The court emphasised on the fact all migrants must respect the rule of the land and respect Italian laws if they choose to live in Italy.
इटली की सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उस सिख व्यक्ति के खिलाफ फैसला सुनाय है जिसने सार्वजनिक रूप कृपाण रखने की इजाजत मांगी थी।
