An inside look at the construction process behind this 500 square metre double-storey permanent modular facility for the Technical and Further Education Department at the inner-city campus in Annandale, NSW, Australia.
The modules were built in our Crestmead factory in just 7 weeks. For the delivery, we worked with traffic control to enable the low loader extendable semi-trailers to get into site. Installation also took 7 weeks and with minimal disruption to campus. Inside, you’ll find multi-purpose training rooms, conference rooms, offices and various amenities like accessibility lift.
ATCO worked with RPS Group and CC Pines Construction on the design, construction and installation of this facility to provide the look and feel of a permanent structure. For more information: structures.atco.com
