J Rock, every HBCU's favorite Alumnus, kicks off his training for the 5th Annual HBCU Alumni 5K Run/Walk. The Annual 5K and Health Fair is brought to you by the Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance, a 501c3 non-profit collective of 31 HBCU Alumni Chapters in metro-Atlanta. Proceed from the race benefit the scholarship funds of participating alumni chapters. The 5K is sponsored by McDonald's, State Farm, The Home Depot, Pepsi, Tradition and Atlanta Tribune.
