Recipe ingredients list :
1) Italian Marinara sauce ingredients :
Olive oil - 3 Tbsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Celery (Finely chopped) - 2 Tbsp
Finely chopped tomato - 2 medium size
Concentrated Tomato puree - 1/2 cup (Use Italian Tomato puree)
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp as per taste
Brown sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Water - 600 ml
Basil - few leaves (add at the end)

2) White sauce ingredients :
Milk - 750 ml
Bay leaf - 1 medium size
Nut meg - 1 pinch
Butter - 40 grams
Plain flour - 30 grams
Double cream - 100 ml
Mustard paste - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Oregano - 1/4 Tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/4 Tsp
Cheddar cheese - 1 medium size cube (40 grams)

3) Sautéed veggies ingredients:
Olive oil - 3 Tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 Tsp
Oregano - 1 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
Zucchini - 1 cup (200 grams)
Spinach - 250 grams
Yellow bell peppers - 1/2 cup
Red bell peppers - 1/2 cup
Green bell peppers - 1/2 cup
Olives - 1/4 cup
Jalapeños - 2 Tbsp (as per taste)
Salt -1 Tsp (as per taste)

4) Veg Lasagna assembly :
Marinara sauce
White sauce
Sautéed veggies
Cheddar cheese - 150 grams
Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
Lasagne sheets - 9 no’s
