Описание: So my impressions of this mall were really nice. I’ve visited this place a few times, once in 2016 when Sears and JCPenney were still open. It really sucks that this mall is going to be closing very soon. I will miss this place.

History: Richmond Town Square is a regional shopping mall known as 'Richmond' or 'Richmond Mall,' located in Richmond Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, at the intersection of Richmond Road and Wilson Mills Road.
Opened in 1966 as Richmond Mall by a developer,
renovation took advantage of the new & emerging technologies "in materials, as well as architectural and decorative innovations” The total cost of the renovation was reported at $100 million.
The only remaining anchor in the mall today is a 20-screen Regal Cinemas theater while the three other anchors spaces, Macy's (former Kaufmann's), Sears, & JCPenney have closed within 2015-2017. The Richmond Town Square Mall is 1 million square feet & is owned by Kohan Retail Investment Group.
On May 28, 2014, Richmond Town Square Mall was one of two malls along with Great Lakes Mall in northeast Ohio that would have its ownership transferred from Simon Property Group to its spin-off Washington Prime Group (which is now known as WP Glimcher).
In January 2015, Macy's announced the store at the mall would be closing. On January 4, 2017, Sears announced that its store would be closing in March 2017. On March 17, 2017, JCPenney announced they would close their location on July 31, 2017. On August 31st. 2020, Kohan Retail Investment Group Announced The Mall Would Close In 2021 Sometime to start redevelopment On The Property.
