Hot dip galvanizing plant established in Adana, Turkey in 2020 by EstGal.
We work with our customers from design and planning stage of the hot dip galvanizing plant to start-up. Our scope of work includes design of the factory according to desired capacity to start-up of the plant including equipment and automation.

Zinc enclosure
Furnace and kettle
Pretreatment tanks and enclosure, waste gas system
Dryer lids and heating system
Bag house filter
Flux regeneration system
Kettle Size: 1.8 x 9 x 3.5 m
Furnace capacity: 16 tons/hour
