Описание: Tonight marks Round 1 of the UKSimRacing GT3 League Season 15 as hosted on iRacing and sponsored by VRS. We shall be taking a look back at all of the racing action which occurred on Sunday 22nd June, bringing it to you as if it were live!

The hugely popular GT3 series is back once again, with our 60 competitors competing across four driver classes for supremacy over ten rounds of racing. With our host circuits including some of the finest GT3 racing venues which real-life series such as IMSA; GT World Challenge; and WEC have visited over the last couple of decades, the calendar shall be akin to a “best hits” selection. With circuits such as VIR; Misano; and Silverstone on the schedule, we can expect incredible racing action round after round!

However, major change is afoot this season with both the tyre and aerodynamic models for GT3 machinery having received a major overhaul in the latest iRacing update. It shall be back to the beginning for our drivers as they re-acclimatise to their machines. Without question, we shall see the order of old cast aside and could see new names rise!

To get us underway our drivers head to Daytona International Speedway. Located in the US state of Florida, this circuit’s Road Course blends together most of the venue’s oval with an infield section dominated by hairpins; and a fast-flowing bus-stop chicane on the back-straight. Single lap pace; intelligent strategy; and being brave on the brakes shall all go hand-in-hand here for those looking to get their championship charge off to a good start!
