Space Engineers 2 Has Changed. So Should Your Ships 🚀

Описание: With the upcoming release of the Space Engineers 2 Hostile Encounters update which introduces NPCs and more survival activities, now is a great time to revive your older ships and retrofit them with some of the new features added to the game.

Over the last few months, Keen has released a ton of updates for SE2 including mechanical blocks (rotors, pistons, hinges), event controllers, timer blocks, control panel groupings, button functionality, and a myriad of new blocks. Because of this a lot of old builds on the workshop are very out of date with modern amenities and quality of life features.

There are quite a few ways we can retrofit our ships so I cover a few in this video. Aside from additional greeble blocks, there's a lot of ways we can add features we didn't have before to our builds and also add any missing blocks, especially those relevant to survival such as oxygen tanks, conveyors, and survival kits.

I encourage everyone to do the same with their builds to keep the Workshop full of valid ships which can be a welcome resource for new players entering into the game during this next big phase of the Space Engineers 2 journey!
